Rider Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify BDR in writing by email.
The initial 25% booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, except where BDR cancels the event or where a refund is required by applicable UK consumer law.
Where the remaining balance has been paid, refunds of that balance will be made as follows:

These refund levels reflect the increasing costs BDR incurs as the event approaches, including accommodation, catering, transport, staffing, insurance and other supplier commitments.
Booking Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another eligible rider, subject to BDR's approval. The replacement rider must meet all participation requirements, complete the required booking documentation and pay any applicable administration fee.
Transfer requests must normally be received no later than 14 days before the event.
Event Cancellation by BDR
If BDR cancels the event before it begins, customers will be offered either:
A full refund of all monies paid, including the booking deposit; or
The option to transfer their booking to a future BDR event.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
